I studied Economics and Gender Studies at Northwestern University in IL. I graduated phi beta kappa in 2013 with with Latin Honors and a leadership certificate. During that time, I had the opportunity to intern as a Community Development Consultant in Nicaragua, which led me to proficiency in the Spanish language as well as a new perspective on the world.
Experience
I am currently a high school math teacher and am certified to teach and tutor any level of math through calculus. In college, I took math through multi-variate integral calculus as well as a full sequence of statistics and econometrics. I scored in the 99th percentile on the SAT. I have been helping classmates with their homework since the 6th grade, tutoring since high school and teaching full or part time since I was 20. I can help any student be successful in math (and other subjects, as necessary)!

I enjoy vegan cooking, am an avid cyclist, an animal lover, and a yogi. I love to read, to discover new places and to travel. This year, I'll visit Jamaica, Italy and Colombia. Above all, working with kids is my greatest passion! I can't wait to work with your family.
